You would want to work here if you:
You get excited by winning new business using varied methods. Are driven and self-motivated and would be interested in working for a company where integrity and respect is not just lip service.

You will have recruitment industry experience, preferably within IT. Have strong client management skills and are a natural relationship builder. You may come from a 360 role and find you prefer sales to sourcing, you would love to have a strong sourcing team you can rely on. You would be excited by working for a reputable business known by Microsoft, their partners and their customers as the go-to’ sourcing partner for project solutions. You are ready to bring balance back to your life, work flexible hours, have more time for your family by working remotely and would like to work for a business who will generally look after you and care.

You will have:

  • Developed a successful recruitment desk from scratch (£200k+)
  • Taken on enterprise sized clients end to end
  • An advisory/consultancy approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Up to date industry knowledge in your recruitment sector, this could be manufacturing, finance or retail but will preferably be technology
  • Problem solver and solution finding skills
  • Experience using a CRM system

A Day in the Life:
You start from the comfort of your own home. No traffic for you! You have your morning coffee in your hand and join the skype for business daily team meet at 9am, although a lot of us join at 8.45am to enjoy a morning social between UK and India teams. Through this you will find out what the sourcing team are prioritising and will share your latest findings with clients you are targeting. During the day you will use a mix of research tools like LinkedIn sales navigator and our CRM database to build on pipelines and target the right type of clients. You will set up introduction calls and will look for companies who would benefit from our trusted community of Microsoft consultants as well as our talented sourcing team. You will also work closely with company directors to learn the Curo way, and have access to our main case studies to learn how we have serviced and supported clients in the past. You will manage your own day, but it tends to wrap up at 5.30pm.

Role Progression:
Curo has a leadership program on offer as well as a clear vision for growth, so there will be a lot of room for progression in the business as well as ongoing training on offer.

This includes a very talented technical evangelist who can support any technical meetings or queries you may have and will raise our profile. We are split up over the UK and India and enjoy yearly team building events, charity events, team challenges and Microsoft events.
